Inspired by the commercial design arena, this competition lets designers express their creativity in a way that blends current trends, individual style and commercial opportunity. I hope that you will be able to forward on this truly enormous opportunity to your students for them to gain the chance to bring their own unique voice to the world.
Using popular culture, advertising, product design, commercial trends, politics and much more as inspiration, designers can highlight the attributes of the most popular trends across the globe with their unique designs or even use the competition as a platform to start entirely new one's.
This competition offers both designers and their schools a gain exposure on an international scale.
The winning design will be featured in Advanced Photoshop magazine, a year’s subscription to Advanced Photoshop magazine as well as a cash prize of R4000 (US$ 500).
