Evolving beyond its flagship event, the Design Indaba institution has become a multidisciplinary platform that champions all of the creative sectors. Established in 1995 with its flagship conference, the annual Design Indaba festival now includes the globally acclaimed annual Design Indaba Conference, Simulcast, Expo, FilmFest and Music Circuit. In addition to these Design Indaba plays host to an array of community initiatives, training workshops, design projects and publications that fall under the Do Tank brand.
Designindaba.com is the online culmination of the Design Indaba experience, serving as a one-stop design portal featuring highly curated, bespoke multimedia content.

Institute of Creative Arts for Progress in Africa

ICAPA is an organization which is engaged with all aspects of creative art, including research, training, publication of papers and production of creative art products. This broad view has been taken as all the creative arts are required to produce adequate international standard audio-visual narratives that tell the stories many less creative individuals shy away from. Thus the institute fosters creativity of expression in all the arts and brings them together in the form of the audio-visual narrative.
