The recent mHealthEd conference in Dublin brought together the best and the brightest in the medical community and digital communication world to talk about the use of digital technology to help promote health awareness across the globe. Toon Boom Animation had the privilege of giving the keynote address.
The ability of animation to be used in new media content as a tool to promote Health Prevention awareness to the general public is of the highest priority. Animation is the easiest way to reach large numbers of people as it is widely accepted as a medium which many will watch. Animation is used globally to promote such things as the awareness of the health benefits of clean water and to prevent and avoid contracting diseases like malaria, STD’s etc..
